Unlike many other tuning options that rely on generic, cross-market, or foreign calibrations, the iMap™Ai has been developed specifically for the 3.0L V6 EcoBoost-powered Ranger Raptor and is tailored to each vehicle’s individual calibration code. Our extensive testing showed that both of our development trucks produced significantly lower power than Ford’s claimed figures out of the box — with Truck 1 producing just 265Bhp / 344Ft Lb on 95 octane, and Truck 2 peaking at 280Bhp / 353Ft Lb on 99 octane fuel.

We didn’t just throw in a higher-output US or Australian map and call it a day. Instead, we used this data to build our own files based on specific calibrations and the correct factory base, ensuring optimal results and safe operation within the limits of the OEM systems.

In addition, the Dreamscience team has made targeted refinements to the TCU parameters within the PCM to further enhance the Raptor’s driving experience. These improvements optimise shift scheduling, torque management, and clutch control, resulting in smoother, quicker, and more intuitive gear changes. Both upshifts and downshifts now feel more refined, with smoother, less jerky downshifts and smarter gear selection logic that better matches throttle input and driving style.

When in R Mode, these changes are even more noticeable — delivering faster, more assertive shifts with reduced lag and improved timing between gears, giving the truck a sharper and more performance-focused feel. The result is a transmission that feels more connected, responsive, and dynamic, perfectly complementing the increased power from our iMap™Ai calibrations.

All tune files were tested on Truck 1 — our lowest-performing stock vehicle running standard UK 95 octane fuel – to ensure maximum effectiveness across the board. Despite the low baseline, the gains are exceptional:

• A peak performance gain of +125 BHP and +134 ft-lbs torque over stock (But the true story lies across the entire rev range)

• As soon as 3,950 rpm, the engine is already delivering an additional +105 BHP over stock.

• But at 5,600 rpm, the increase climbs to an impressive +145 BHP, holding strong right up to the limiter at 6,150 rpm.
