MK4 FOCUS ST Engine Forging Kit (Fitted at DSHQ) has been developed for owners looking to safely exceed the limitations of the factory engine.
Recommended for vehicles targeting 400bhp and beyond, this comprehensive forging package combines genuine Ford components with proven motorsport-grade internal upgrades to create a strong, reliable foundation for high-performance road, track and competition vehicles.

Wossner Forged Pistons
Our forging package includes genuine Wossner forged pistons manufactured from high-strength 4032 aluminium alloy.
Designed to withstand significantly higher cylinder pressures and temperatures than the factory cast pistons, these forged pistons provide exceptional durability and resistance to detonation whilst retaining excellent cold-start characteristics and long-term reliability.

Manufactured by the renowned Callies Compstar and exclusively laser etched with the Dreamscience Motorsport logo, these forged connecting rods have been selected to withstand the extreme cylinder pressures associated with high-power EcoBoost applications.
Built from premium forged steel and manufactured to exceptional tolerances, they provide the strength and reliability required for serious performance builds.

King Racing XP Big End Bearings
Every engine is assembled using King Racing XP bearings.
Widely recognised as one of the leading performance bearing manufacturers in the world, King XP bearings provide outstanding oil control, load carrying capability and durability under extreme operating conditions.

Genuine Ford Gasket and Seal Kit
We only use genuine Ford gaskets and sealing components throughout our engine builds.

Genuine Ford Crankshaft Pulley Bolt
A new OEM crankshaft pulley bolt is supplied and fitted during every engine build to ensure correct clamping force and long-term reliability.

Included as standard
- Millers Competition Run in Oil.
- change oil at 250 miles for Castrol 0w40 FS engine oil.

Genuine Ford Coolant Service
Every engine build receives:
- Genuine Ford Super Plus Coolant
- Complete cooling system refill and bleed procedure
Genuine Ford Water Pump
A brand-new OEM Ford water pump is supplied and fitted during assembly to ensure maximum reliability and long-term peace of mind.
Genuine Ford Oil Pump
Oil pressure is critical in any performance engine.
For this reason, every forged engine package includes a brand-new OEM Ford oil pump to ensure optimum lubrication performance from day one.
Genuine Ford Auxiliary Drive Belt
A new OEM auxiliary belt is fitted during assembly, replacing another common wear item whilst the engine is apart.
