Forging is the simplest and most effective solution, but our Bespoke Fully Forged, Closed Deck, Long Block Package goes further — it’s a step above standard forging kits, offering reliability well over 800BHP+ when the necessary parts are upgraded.

This is the build-your-own alternative for RS MK3 owners who want more than an off-the-shelf replacement. Starting from the same fully forged, 2.0L closed-deck long block base, this crate engine lets you spec it to your exact needs — whether that’s higher power, track readiness, or a tailored performance setup. It’s a supply-only package, shipped securely in a wooden crate, giving you the foundation to create a stronger, more capable, fully customised engine.

How It Works

• Supply-only: Your engine arrives packaged in a wooden crate, ready to be installed.

• Exchange Engine: We will not release your new engine until we have inspected your returned unit; any damage beyond normal wear may be chargeable.

• Damaged Exchange Engine: If your current engine isn’t in good condition, no problem — just select the drop-down option indicating you won’t be sending an exchange engine back.

• Plug-and-Play: Follow strict run-in procedures and oil change schedules until fully bedded in. These details shall be supplied by us with your new engine.

• Shipping: Quoted and Collected separately; we will arrange pallet delivery and exchange engine collection.
