| DELIVERY | |
| – | Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller notifying the Buyer that the Goods are available for collection at the Seller’s premises or for delivery to such place and on such terms as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer at the time the order is placed. |

All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 3-5 working days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. |
| – | The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. |
| – | Some Goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the time specified in Clause 4.2, the Seller will contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date. |
| – | Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
International orders that exceed 20kg in weight may be subject to additional non advertised shipping charges upon request. |
| Quotations | |
| – | Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on information given & should not be considered as the final amount due in all situations. Any quotation either verbal or in writing is not an offer or agreement & may be withdrawn or modified any time by Dreamscience. |

All quotations, indication of costs and financial commitments given or made by the Seller are based on the assumption of the validity of the information provided being fully accurate and correct in all circumstances. The Seller maintains the right at any stage to re-negotiate any contract , cost agreement or any other relevant commitment should any information provided by the Purchaser fail to be fully valid accurate and correct. |
| PRICE AND PAYMENT | |
| – | The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated in the Seller’s current List Price/on the Seller’s website/as contained in the Seller’s Quotation (as applicable) at the date of order or as agreed between the parties. The final purchase price is inclusive of VAT and also inclusive of any delivery charges. For multiple purchases of large items being shipped outside of the U.K. Contact will be made by the seller to inform the buyer of any further delivery costs that may have been accumulated before sending the products. |
| – | Payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods. |
| – | When a coupon code is used then only one product can be purchased per transaction unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing with dreamscience Ltd. |
| – | All coupon codes are issued at our discretion, if we believe your use of a coupon code to be incorrect for any reason then we reserve the right to cancel the coupon code and will require further payment for its value to confirm your order. |

All Payments for any mechanical work or mechanical component with a value equivalent to or over £2500.00 must be paid for via Bank Transfer. Details for the payment to be given by the Seller. |
