Focus ST 225 EBC USR Slotted Front Brake Discs
Upgrade your Focus ST 225 front brake discs with the Focus ST 225 EBC USR Slotted Front Brake Discs. These discs offer quiet braking, better cooling and improved consistency under load. The narrow-profile slot pattern removes heat, gas and debris. However, it avoids the air noise often created by older slotted designs.
All EBC USR front discs are made from R90-approved rotor blanks. In addition, each disc now features the new Gen 3 Geomet silver coating, which reduces corrosion and matches OE hub styling. The kit includes two discs, one left and one right.
The slotted design also keeps pad wear flat and even. As a result, it prevents the grooves and galling often found on plain, non-slotted rotors. This helps maintain strong pad contact throughout the life of the braking setup. Furthermore, the fine slotted pattern resists cracking far better than drilled discs. Therefore, these rotors stay durable and reliable during demanding road use.
