No mod a/b on modded ST? 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
hey guys, sorry if this has already been asked.
i have just bought the dsci package (475 pound) but i have these mods for my car: Pro Alloy STRS intercooler, K&N cais and an uprated exhaust system (not sure what make as it was installed before i bought the car).
im now worried i have bought the wrong package. should i have gotten the handset with mod a/b ect instead?
any help would be great

the dsci is still a good tuning package. although the mod a/b i would only purchase if u have a 3"downpipe and high flow sports cat. with ur exhaust u can usually tell if its a milltek because on the tail pipes it will be milltek written on them. also if u look under ur car and it has another silencer box inbetween ur cat and back box then its a resonated exhaust and if its a straight through pipe then its non resonated(louder). most manufacturers add a plaque on all sections of their exhausts to show authenticity. as long as it sounds good, doesnt matter what manufacturer fitted it.

ive also just seen that with the dsci, you can upgrade or add additional packages for 50 pounds then just download them and add them to ur handset. not bad.

Thinking about it I believe it's only the last section of the exhaust system thats been changed. The ends of the exhausts are difinately larger than standard but if I remember correctly the rest of the system is standard
